Using primarily hands and arms, this massage is directed at recovering lost range of motion, relieving sore muscles, and overall wellness. It includes facets of deep tissue, stretching, and swedish massage.

Cupping
Cupping is an ancient treatment method related to acupuncture, but instead of putting needles into the body, cups are used to create suction on certain points of the body. This is to help relieve pain and open up passageways within the body to facilitate healing.

Coming Soon: Honu Ashiatsu
Ashiatsu is a type of massage performed with feet while the practitioner suspends themselves above the client via bars, straps, or a combination of both. Honu also integrates hot stones into traditional ashitatsu. This is not yet available, but will be coming soon!

Hands on massage and cupping are currently available as mobile massages while the non-mobile studio is being finished. After that is finished, Honu Ashiatsu should be available.
All mobile massages are subject to a travel fee of upwards of $75, depending on location and chosen venue. All travel fees are listed on the booking page.
